Waiver - refresh my memory
« on: December 19, 2015, 02:08:38 PM »
I couldn't find it on the web site

What is the waiver?  I think it is 13K or 20K with call in (weather dependent for both of course).  Is this correct?

Thanks

First, thanks for joining and posting on the forum!

Our waiver is 18k feet. it used to be 24k and we would get around 14k all day with call ins to 24. For LDRS34 they changed the way the waiver was setup and it is now 18k. It is on the website but it is buried in the "join" page under the member benefits. perhaps we should post it right on the main page... you have plans for a big flight?

Hopefully.  A minimum diameter 38mm on a J543

The sims show with a polished finish getting to 17,000.  Of course, that assumes straight up plus a polished finish (which I doubt I will achieve either).  Plus I will need to check my final weight

Have an egg finder tracker & Raven II - will use cable cutter to open main

nice, just under the waiver with perfect conditions. I have 4 min diameter builds to do, a 29mm FG, 29mm CF, 38mm FG and a 54mm FG. not sure which one will be first but they should all be fun! I really want to put a CTI K1440 in that 54mm and see if I can bust mach 2.
