Hi guys. I joined today for 2016. Yep the treasurer gave it up.  I tested the waters and it works great. Now I have a new job I have to make me a new membership card for 2016. Lets see how that puppy looks!!!!

So, is joining through the website the process for renewing for 2016?  I can't recall - do memberships expire a year from sign-up, or at the end of the calendar year?  Anyone the joins now is actually joining for 2016?

Yes, anyone who joins now their membership runs until December 31, 2016

That's right anyone joining after Sept 1 each year goes toward the next year. I would love everyone to join before the end of the year 2015 for the next year 2016. Why you ask? Well it gives the BOD and members a grip on funds for the upcoming year. Gets us all thinking of projects that can be planned to benefit the club. It also gives me time to make the id cards during our down time before any other events start. That's a big one for me as it gets busy after the first of the year tracking and accounting for events during the summer.    So lets get the 100 or so members to hit it hard prior to Dec 31 2015 and renew. Make it a early Christmas present to your self who could have a problem with that. Its all good. Larry W

I just renewed though the site.  The email address I use for Paypal is not the same one I put on membership form (same one I've used for this site).  The actual address and phone numbers are the same, though.

Thanks for the heads up Rick, everything looks good. interesting address though, pretty sure I tried to buy that house in 2005. I offered full asking price and some jerk outbid me by $40k....

It must have been one nearby - I bought the place in 2004, after making a full-price offer (they had another offer on the table at the time, but was contingent on selling the buyer's house).  So I'm pretty sure it wasn't the same property.  However, the houses on both sides (well all three sides, since I'm on a corner) have sold since that time.
